What to do if our 19 year old son was just charged with sexual exploitation of a child on the internet?
He is not allowed to have any contact with his sister because she is 17. In all essence the court has kicked her out of the house so that we can keep a watch on our son. This is a totally unworkable situation and makes her a victim of a crime she had nothing to do with. She would be safe around him. Where can we get help with this? My wife and I are victims here too in that our jobs are in jeopardy because one of us has to be with him at all times. Where can we get help with this situation? What can we expect for sentencing? Does he need to have an attorney other than the court appointed attorney?
