What process do my other sisters and I have to go through to find out what is going on with my dad’s estate if 1 of my sisters is the executor of our his Will?

The Will has already gone through probate. Also, what is the process to find out the value of our dad`s estate? She is not divulging any information. Her lawyer sent us a copy of the Will; that is all we know for now.

I am so sorry for your loss. If the Will has been offered for probate then the assets should have been listed in the probate petition. The probate petition is a public record so you and your sisters can go down and see what is going on. You do not need her permission.  If she is not responsive then you can file a request in the Probate court for a hearing.  Good luck.
