If my wife has been cheating on me on and off for the past 4 years, what are her rights if I want to take the kids?

I am now ready to move on and take my 3 kids with me. What legal rights does she have as their parents? I make more money than she does and pay 2/3 of the expenses. Who would be obligated to pay child support?

Under the laws of all states in this country, if you wish a legal separation with your spouse and you take your children with you, she is entitled to visitation and custody (physical and legal) unless she is deemed an unfit parent.

Given the uncertainty that you have written about, I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney for further assistance in your matter and for legal direction.
