What should we do if my wife and I caught my daughter sending nude pictures to someone who threatened her if she refused to?
Since she’s a minor, we’re not sure if we should call the police. We or her may go to jail just as well as the person she sent them to. We don’t know what that person may do and what we should do about it. Should we notify the police? Should we keep the pictures and conversation in case we need to prove that she was coerced or should we just delete everything?

Speak with a criminal defense or family law attorney, one who specializes in children's issues, and follow his/her advice--this is to important to not get legal help on.
That said, usually, you'd be well advised to contact the police. If your daughter can show she was threatned or coerced, she should not face liability, any more than a person forced to steal by someone threatening their life or their family is subject to liability. Moreover, you want to protect your daughter (and other children) and get this predator off the streets. If you don't do anything, what will he do next? Demand sexual favors? Kidnap or attack your daughter if she doesn't do what he wants? You can't let this escalate.
