If y soon-to-be ex-wife and I filled an uncontested divorce about 2 months ago, can she now stop or change the divorce because she wants more money?

She can not unilaterally stop the divorce process.  You would have to agree to stop it and file an Agreed Order of Voluntary Dismissal.  As for attempting to modify the order of support that comes from its conclusion, she would have to do so by motion.  I would speak with an attorney in your area.  Good luck.
