What to do if my son’s father brought him home and while dropping him off preceded to talk to me had slurred speech?
Both he and his wife had slurred speech and she could barely keep her eyes open. I am very scared for my son’s life while he is with him.

I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney as to what your recourse is about the incident that you have written about after you have spoken with your child to see if he or she can shed any light on the matter. From what you have written you have a case of child endangerment possibly due to use of alcohol by adults.
