Is there anything that I can do to collect child support with my son’s father being incarcerated?

My son’s father is in prison and has been for almost 9 years now and I haven’t had any help for child support.

I suggest that you consult with your county district attorney's office, Aid To Families With Dependent Children (AFDC) to see what you can do to possibly get child support through that program. You will be unable to get support from your son's father for the simply fact that he is in jail.
