If my son fainted at work, is he covered by worker’s comp?
They called the perimedics and took him to the ER. Now workmans comp doesn’t want to pay saying that it was not work-related. Is there anything I can do to have them pay?

Given the fact that your son fainted at work where he was taken presumably by ambulance to the emergency room of a hospital it appears that his employer's worker's compensation policy should come into effect. After all, the incident happened at work did it not? I suggest that your son contact a labor law attorney or a representative at the local department of labor about the current situation.
Also making a complaint with the state department of insurance against the worker's compensation carrier seems in order.
