My pay was sent to a bank (loan connected)which I signed into.

However I have not been employed by that company for over a year. Will the connection to that bank still be enforced if I am reemployed by the company?

No, you have the right to designate where (that is, to which bank, and to which account at that bank) your pay will be sent. You just have to make sure to update your bank information with the company, should you be re-employed by it, to so they do not "default" to the old information on file.
