What to do if my past employer continues to use my likeness on their website and facebook for marketing?
This includes my picture, name and biography. I’d like to force them to stop as I no longer wish to be associated with them.

You have a right to have them stop because they don't own your likeness. This is of course you did not give them rights to do so in any contract you had with them or with any photos you gave them. Check those documents you signed before you have an attorney submit a cease and desist. Here is the issue. Aside from your likeness, even if you lose on this, you can certainly file a complaint with your state attorney general, indicating that it is unfair and deceptive business practice in the use of your image and bio to gain clients or business.
