There were never any probate proceedings.

I am so sorry for your losses. Never probate proceedings for whom? Your parents or your sister? How was the house left to you and what does the deed say? Does it say "rights of survivorship" or not? If not then her part became part of her estate at the time of her death. I would take the documents to an attorney to review asap. Good luck.
