Your name cannot be removed from the contract by your relatives or anyone else without your consent.
You can sue your relatives for fraud for altering the contract by removing your name.
Fraud is the intentional misrepresentation of a material fact made with knowledge of its falsity and with the intent to induce reliance upon which one justifiably relies to his/her detriment.
