What can I do if my motorcycle was vandalized and pushed over on its side but the insurance company is denying my claim?

It was vandalized and pushed over on its side. The police showed up and made a report and put it down as a vandalism. The insurance company tells me they’re denying my claim because they say it was collision and not a vandalism. I had comprehensive coverage at the time of incident. What legal actions do or can take from here?

If the insurer is not honoring its policy obligation (i.e. the terms of your comprehensive coverage), you can sue them for breach of contract. (Depending on the amount, suing in small claims court, acting as your own attorney to save on legal costs, may be a good option). You would need to prove, by credible testimony and/or documentary evidence, that the damage was vandalism, not an accident, and that according to what your policy says, you should be paid for it.
