What to do if my mother passed away and my sister has been named her PR but I have concerns about her honesty and integrity regarding distributing the assets?

I have asked numerous times to see a will and each time she becomes irrational and hangs up the phone. Today when I pressed her to give me some details of my mother’s Will, she told me that my mother gave her a disproportionate amount of the estate (sole ownership of the condo my mom lived in). For years my other sister and I have claimed that my sister in question controlled my mother and used “undue Influence” to isolate the rest of the family and this just furthers that claim.

Given your concerns I suggest that you consult with a Wills and trust attorney in your locality for assistance. Once can be found on attorneypages.com. Your sister is obligated to give you a copy of the Will that you have written about if you are a named beneficiary under it.
