If my mother-in-law changed her Will and left everything to my wife, is there anything her siblings can do to contest it?
She has already put her on the deed for the house. The only thing that is listed in the will is her possessions. There is money in an investment account. She would like to buy a house with that money so she can live with my wife and me. Could her siblings come after that house after she has passed?

Unless there are claims of undue influence with respect to your mother in law's Will and assuming her Will was prepared by a reputable Wills and trust attorney who saw that the mother in law knew how she wanted to dispose of her assets, the chances of the siblings being successful in a Will contest seems remote particularly if your wife ends up taking care of her mother.
