What can happen if my mom now has Alzheimer’s but was guardian of my sister and allegedly stole money from her?
She has been removed due to her incompetency, however prior to that she apparently took money from my sister’s account, so they want tp proscute her. I have power attorny over my mom because she can’t make medical or financial decisions per her doctors. Will she go to jail?
