Can I sue the postal service for pain and suffering, if my mail carrier took my pain medication?
I have documentation that he was the last person to have possession of the package. This is the 3rd time my pain medication has gone missing. It is very painful to stop taking this medication at once. Veteran’s Affairs will not replace the medication, this time, without something in writing from the USPS. In the meantime, I am in a tremendous amount of pain.
