If my ID was stolen from me by someone I knew and they were involved in a DUI, can I be charged with obstruction of justice if I don’t tell the police who it was?
Fortunately I was cleared of the DUI but officers came to my house and asked me to identify the individual. I had already answered a few questions but when I was asked to ID the individual who stole my ID, I remained silent and asked to talk to my lawyer first. They threatened me with obstruction of justice, etc if I didn’t tell them who it was. I have yet to be charged but is it possible that I will be?

Yes, it is possible you could be charged with obstruction of justice. You should consult with a criminal defense attorney in your town as soon as possible. I do not know why you would want to protect someone who stole your ID and then went drunk driving, but you should not break the law yourself to protect this person.
