If she was intending on becoming a tenant and you are allowed to rent a room to her without licensure, you need to inform her she must pay in three days the remaining amount of rent due (deposit and rent) or she will be asked to leave. If she didn't sign a lease, it is an at-will tenancy and you will need to give her 30 days notice to move her out or you will have to have her evicted if she refuses to leave.
