I'm not a Georgia attorney.  My research suggests that the fake SSN doesn't seem to fit the annullment statute -- but I'd like to know why the fake SSN was necessary, because that might have been hiding something that would justify an annulment.

Most courts today prefer divorce to annulment.  But if that fake SSN was needed because he's still married to someone else, then yes, you can get an annulment!
