A spouse cannot just change the locks to the marital home without a court order granting them exclusive use and occupancy of the home. By letting him take control of the proceedings like this you, will be constantly on the defense about claiming your rights. However, while the restraining order was dropped, there is always the possibility of him getting another. You really should have legal representation at this point.
