How can I get my inheritance?
My grandmother left her estate my brother and I. My mother is the executrix and told others that she has our inheritance but will not give it to us.

You will have to bring a legal action against your mother, in her capacity as executrix, to compel her to distribute the estate's assets as per the terms of the will. This can be complex to do, so you are advised to retain a probate or trusts and estates attorney to help you.
