What happens when a beneficiary dies?
My father passed away 4 1/2 weeks ago. He willed his estate 50% to my full brother and 25% to each of my half brothers. My brother passed away 4 1/2 weeks ago. He did not ever file my father’s Will in probate court. Do I have any say in what happens at this time?

You have to carefully read your father's Will to see what the end result is with respect to who inherits what between you and your brothers in light that one sibling passed either before your father or soon afterwards.
The Will of your father should set forth what transpires for inheritance purposes in such a situation. I suggest that you consult with a Wills and trust attorney to assist you in the matter that you have written about for assistance.
