How can we see my father’s Will if my stepmother won’t show it to us?
My father died 5 months ago and my stepmother is being very distant to me and my siblings. She has lost our trust and we would like to find out what was in my father’s Will so we will know how to proceed with the information.

If your step-mother probates your father's Will by a court filing, you are entitled to go down to the court house and pull the file and review it since a probate proceeding is a public matter and the Will is required to be in the file.
If your step-mother refuses to let you see your father's Will and she supposedly has lost the trust, I suggest that you consult with your father's attorney who prepared such documents and seek copies of such. You might also wish to consult with your own Wills and trust attorney about the matter you are writing about for further assistance.
