If your father has passed away and there is a Will that he signed, then the easiest way to get a copy of it is to go down to the court house where his estate is being probated and ask the court clerk to make a copy of it for you. A probate is a public proceeding and as such, anyone can get a copy of the file in a probate unless there is a court order prohibiting such.

The other option concerning your request is to contact the executor of the estate of your father to ask for a copy. The executor does not have to give you a copy if you are not a named beneficiary under your father's Will. If you are, you are entitled to a copy of the Will.
