What to do if my ex-wife wants to have full custudy of my 3 kids?

I want to have some time with them more than visitation. Their mother wants to keep the kids away from my family.

Given the circumstances that you have written about I suggest that you and your "ex" enter into an agreement setting forth time of custody with your children as to each, sign the document and file it with the court subject to a court order of approval. If your "ex" will not agree to such then you should consult with a family law attorney for guidance and to try and resolve the matter without having to file a pleading with the court.
