If your former wife used your lone of credit to get surgical augmentation without your knowledge or permission and then filed for bankrupctcy protection, you need to consult with an attorney who practices bankruptcy law for a possible adversary complaint against her to prevent the discharge of her bankruptcy as to the debt she owes you based upon fraud. Good luck.
