You may be able to press charges, IF you believe the evidence could show that not only did he know of the disease and risk, but that he actually intended to infect you. If he didn't intend to infect you, but was careless (negligent) in not telling you that he was infected, then you could sue him for monetary compensation. (Note that you could sue him as well as pressing charges, if he acted intentionally in trying to infect you.)
