If my ex and I were together 2 years and now he’s evicting me, do I have legal ownership of gifts given to me?

Things such as; the computer and monitor he gave to me for Valentine’s day; the amethyst ring he gave me for Christmas; the clothes he bought me; and a handful of miscellaneous garage sale purchased items.

Yes, if these items were given as gifts to you, then you are the owner and may take them. Gifts, once given, cannot be ungiven or reclaimed by the giver; if they were a gift at the time they were made, they belong to the recipient.
