If my driver’s license was suspended due to a DUI over 20 years, how can I get it reinstated?

Since then I have quit drinking alcohol (over 18 years ago), so I don’t need to attend a “program”. How do I prove that I no longer use alcohol?

This is best done through an attorney who has experience with license reinstatement hearings.  Every state's DMV is different and may require different forms.  Your attorney will help with this process. It may be as simple as a form or it may require a hearing before a hearing officer to order reinstatement.
