What to do if my divorce was filed and temporary orders put in place but the respondents lawyer did not file final decree after a year?

The final settlement was dismissed. Since there are temporary orders still in place, can the respondent dispose of petitioners personal property? Can you file something to stop this?

From what you have written you need to have a supplemental order by way of a stipulation between the parties as to what you have written in order to safeguard matters and prevent future problems between you and the "ex". If items are being disposed of, then a petition with the court needs to be filed to stop what is being done. I suggest that you consult further with a family law attorney about the matter you have written about.
