If my company was bought out and I was terminated, am I legally due my full accrued PTO?

I was informed that I would be paid my PTO however I was only paid half/.

Under the laws of all states in this country since you were terminated from your employe posistion due to your employer's buy out, you are legally entitled to all accured personal time off (PTO) to be paid upon discharge. Since you have not been paid such, you should consult with a labor law attorney and/or a representative with your local department of labor as to what your legal recourse and options are.
