What to do if my cheating wife continues to live in my home?

My wife cheated on my a few months ago with someone on face book. Since then she says we are no longer in a relationship and sleeps on the couch. She spends several hours at a time out of the house and leaves her 11 year old daughter alone here at the house. From what I have researched, I can’t file for separation papers until she leaves. I know she is cheating but I can’t prove it. She keep her computer locked. She has a separate cell phone and bank account. I just fill stuck. She is very smart seems to know what she is doing. We have only been married a little over a year.

I am sorry to hear about your situation.  In Arizona, you can file for legal separation or divorce at any point that you so desire.  I would contact an attorney in your area who specializes in family law and divorce and seek a consultation so you may find out what all your rights are.  Good luck to you.
