What to do if my Chapter 11 bankruptcy case was dismissed and a month later I received a statement to pay quarterly fee?

Why and what are the consequences if I don’t pay this fee?

If your case was dismissed your business (assuming that is what the question is in relation to) has no bankruptcy protection. It would be obligated to pay any debts.
