What to do if my brother and I signed a year lease together and on the lease we put my boyfriend as an occupant but now my brother is trying to kick him out?

I’m want to know if legally my brother can do that without my approval since I am on the lease also? If so, how long can he legally stay?

First of all, only a landlord can evict a tenant/occupant. So unless you brother owns the premises, he is just a tenant himself and therefore has no standing to force your boyfriend to vacate.

This all assumes of course that your boyfriend has not harmed or threatened to harm your brother in some way. Then, in that case, your brother could file an order of protection and have the police remove your boyfriend if necessary.
