What, if anything, can happen to me for taking pictures of a minor if I had the father’s permission but not the mother’s?

My boyfriend is currently finalizing his divorce. I attended a baseball game in which his son played. The mom his ex came over to me and told me I could not take pictures of her son. I have the fathers permission to take pictures of his son. Is thereany legal action she can take against me for this?

There is probably no legal action she can take against you, as long as you do not publicize the pictures or use the pictures for any commercial purpose.
