It depnds on just how the deed is written. If it says both of your names followed by, "With rights of survivorship" or similar language then upon his death you will automatically be vested with 100% title to the property since you will be "joint tenants with rights of survivorship". If, however, there is no reference to survivorship, then you are "tenants in common". This means that his beneficiaries (if he has a Will) or his heirs (if he has no Will) inherit his share of the house.
