I hear that California lawyers have a system to identify the attorney for a person who is now deceased? Looking for my aunt’s attorney contact information. We are out of state and are her next of kin.

No, there is no central or comprehensive database or files of which attorney represented which persons. All you can do is look through all her papers and contact any friends, family, or other professionals (e.g. her accountant or tax preparer) who may have known who her lawyer was.
