I am unsure if this is such a serious violation by the landlord that would allow you to terminate your lease without it being considered a breach of contract by you.  If you knew your apartment was going to have exterminators on the premises and you had given permission to have management enter these apartments to conduct such services, you would need to show that items were missing or it was intentional. Mistakes happen, so the landlord simply leaving keys in the door may not in and of itself be sufficient. Ask the management (demand) that the keys and lock be changed and put everything in writing and inquire as to why the keys were left in the door.
