How can we get child support paid directly to my adult daughter?
My 19 year old daughter moved out of my apartament and I receive a child support from her father. She is a full-time college student, currently working only one day a week. I have been giving her the money, so she can support her self. However, she would like for the child support to go directly to her, me and my husband agree on it. How do we approach this situation? Can she be receiving the child support directly for her father instead of the checks coming under my name?

The best way to try and resolve the matter that you have written about is for you and the "ex" to prepare a stipulation and order allowing child support payments to go directly to the adult daughter, sign it and submit the order to the court for the judge's signature and filing.
