What are my options if my 12 year old son was assaulted at school his face was slammed into a wall breaking his front tooth off and he needs a root canal and a new tooth?

Do I have a case against the school for not supervising the children? Pain and suffering and medical bills from school or her parents?

Hello. Your post raises multiple potential legal issues.  Do confer privately with an attorney with no delay and she/he will be happy to advise and assist you. Some attorneys are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will speak initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. Some attorneys may also assist you in a limited scope manner to conserve legal costs. All the best.

You definitely have a case against the girl's parents and possibly against the school, depending on what was going on at the time of the assault and where the children were -- in a classroom supervised by a teacher?  in a hall with no monitor?  on a playground?  You need to retain a personal injury attorney to possibly pursue a settlement with the school.  Make an appointment with one in your area.
