Misappropriation of Name

Currently, someone is running ads on Groupon and selling services with my full
name and professional license number without my consent. It’s also possible that
the business in question has no Establishment license or a professional license to
perform services. Should I file suit against the individual?

You can sue the individual for invasion of privacy. Invasion of privacy includes the appropriation of one's name or likeness for commercial purposes without consent.
Your damages (amount of monetary compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit) would include lost income.
