I am 19 and I got an MIP last night, can a lawyer get rid of this for me?

Not knowing the details its hard to say. However, an MIP is a Class A violation under Oregon state law; MIP is not a crime. Therefore, even if an attorney can't "get rid " of it for you, you will not be left with a criminal record.
The fine is up to $750.
