Medical insurance

56 yrs old disabled with ongoing medical issues and expensive medications. 40 yr
old Spouse has been primary source of income for 18 of the 21 year marriage.
Currently using spouse’s work insurance combined with disability insurance. Do I
have the right/ is it reasonable to ask for medical insurance in divorce
settlement? Same with spouse’s current life insurance policy. So i have a right
to any of this as well?

A court can require someone to fund the spouse's health insurance or provide additional money (over other support) to pay for insurance; it can also require someone to maintain a life insurance policy with the spouse as beneficiary. Therefore, since these are things you could get in a divorce, you can certainly ask for them now.
Do not accept less than you believe is fair or less than you need: you will leave with this decision for the rest of your life. If they will not offer what you need, you can let the divorce go trial and let the judge decide what you should get.
