What are a POA’s legal rights regarding an HOA?
My wife and I bought a condo in our son’s name. However, we live there and pay all expenses. I have Power of Attorney signed by my son but the condo management is denying me the right to represent my absentee son and have any say in the condo management, elections, etc. What is the legal remedy to mitigate this situation? Our son is too busy to deal with these matters an going through him is more than an inconvenience.

Your authority depends upon what the POA states. If it specifically give you the right to vote his interests then the HOA is wrong.
