You actually do not have many rights. If the buyer of the home intends to live there, they can require you to leave on 90 days notice; or if you have a month to month lease, you can also be required to leave on 90 days notice. If the buyer does not intend to live personally in the home and you have a written lease for a definite period, you can be allowed to stay for the remainder of the lease, but the buyer does not have to renew it. For however long you are allowed to stay (90 days, or balance of lease term), you must continue to pay rent or you could be evicted more quickly.
