security number and the manager took
a copy of my social and Id, my question
is can I get back this copy of my
social and id because they never hire

No, they are not required to return copies of these cars or information, and may keep it for their files. They cannot make use of it for their own benefit, and could be liable to you if they don't protect or secure it and someone else gets and misuses it--but they can keep it in their files.
