Is there any legal case against a dealership for selling a car in poor condition?
Car is 8 years old and was represented to be in very good condition, having just had many services performed. Since purchase there have been serveral extensive and expensive repairs performed on the vehicle, including multiple misrepresentations at time of purchase.

Unfortunately, very good condition can be considered puffing by the dealership and puffing in advertising is considered legal. If you purchased the motor vehicle "as is", you really do not have any case unless you have an unfair and deceptive acts law in your state. If you do, file a consumer complaint through your state's consumer protection division and see if the filing itself will trigger the dealership contacting you for a cancellation of the sale.
