If you mean, how long after you defaulted on the loan or other obligation to pay, can the bank try to collect from you, the answer is most likely 6 years; the statute of limitations, or time to sue (which defines how long a creditor has to take action) on a written contract (which includes loans and promissisory notes) is 6 years in CT. A bank can therefore, if you defaulted on some loan or breached some other agreement, look to collect for up to 6 years after the debt.

If you mean can the bank call you repeatedly at home to collect, the answer is yes, if it's the bank itself trying to collect. The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) puts limits on what third-party debt collectors (i.e. collections agencies) can do to collect, including how often they can call, how late, where, etc.; but if a creditor is trying to collect it's own debt, there are very few limitations on when it can call.
