Is the phrase ‘salary paid net of any applicable withholding or deductions’ tantamount to a gross-up agreement?

I am negotiating a salary using a model contract. This model uses the phrase
‘salary paid net of any applicable withholding or deductions’. I am unfamiliar
with this phrase, but I take it to mean that if I were to negotiate for a salary
of 100,000 paid net of any applicable withholding or deductions then my take
home pay would be 100,000 and the company would gross-up my salary to cover
taxes, FICA, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated

Your gross pay is $100,000.  Taxes and other withholding are deducted from that amount. You are paid what is left which is your net pay. This is what "Salary paid net of any applicable withholding or deductions" means. Withheld amounts are always deducted from gross pay before you receive the remaining net pay.
